17 April, KUALA LUMPUR – Mah Sing has launched its new mobile companion – ‘MY Mah Sing’ app. The app positions itself as a companion that guides buyers throughout their entire homeownership journey with Mah Sing. The app can be downloaded for free on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Mah Sing’s Director of Group Strategy and Operations, Lionel Leong said, “ ‘MY Mah Sing’ emphasises the Group’s focus to enhance the lives of our customers. From the moment purchasers sign the SPA to the moment they receive the keys to their unit and start a home, the companion app offers a plethora of services that enhances the customer journey every step of the way.”

The app allows for an efficient and transparent communication between homeowners with the property management team and Mah Sing’s customer service team. Some of ‘MY Mah Sing’s’ features include an Integrated Vacant Possession (VP) scheduler, timely photo updates on construction progress on purchaser’s properties, Defect Management Report, Property Management Administrator, and many more.

Banking on technology for a better experience

Leong shared, “As we move into a digital-focus era, change is essential to ensure continuous growth of an organisation. In 2017, we began our group-wide transformation and promised to reinvent future living. Like us, the property market is undergoing its own transformation with the introduction of property technology (Proptech) that is rapidly changing the industry’s brick-and-mortar ways. With the ‘MY Mah Sing’ app, we believe that we are moving in the right direction” he said.

MY Mah Sing app ready for timely hand over of VP for key projects in 2018

The launch of ‘MY Mah Sing’ is very timely as a number of Mah Sing’s properties will be handed over in 2018. Among these projects included Southville City’s Savanna Executive Suites, Lakeville Residence in Jalan Kuching, D’SARA Sentral in Sungai Buloh, as well as Greenway and Eden, 2-storey link homes in Meridin East in Johor.

Leong shared, “Moving forward, our purchasers who are collecting their keys will be able to utilise a number of our app’s features such as the Integrated Vacant Possession (VP) scheduler to schedule a time with our customer service team for the VP process. The app also provides information on the surrounding community so purchasers who just moved in can find hotspots such as eateries, entertainment spots other locations of interest near their home.  New homeowners who download the ‘MY Mah Sing’ app are also entitled to special rewards such as regular promo codes to enjoy discounts and privileges on lifestyle services as well as priority invitation to Mah Sing’s events and launches.
