Feringghi Residence 2: Fringed By Blue Skies And The Open Sea

High-rise living takes on a new dimension when the open sea is the stage for the height of modern living with lush hills as the backdrop.

Renowned developer Mah Sing has created an innovative marriage of modernity in a location prized for its numerous attractions and sea-facing north-western area known for its clean, breezy coastline and beach.

The Ferringhi Residence 2 development by Mah Sing is set to exemplify and redefine the height of modern living by providing residents with a multitude of plus points, chief among them the stunning views of the tranquil sea to the north and north west as well as the prime location of this development.

This freehold development is set over nine acres in Batu Ferringhi, Penang, the north-western area coveted and occupied by global five-star hotel brands, loved by visitors for the famed Batu Ferringhi beach with its water sports, cultural vibrancy and just pure open sea and beach life appeal.

Visitors can access this Ferringhi Residence 2 – slated for completion in the third quarter of 2020 – by Jalan Sungai 1 which is connected to Jalan Batu Ferringhi.

The entire development comprises three blocks that house a total of 632 units collectively, with Block B, standing tall at 32 storeys, reaching for the skies, while Block C offers four storeys for those who prefer a low-rise, while Block A meets a happy middle at 10 storeys high.

Which is not to say that Block C is a lesser sibling to Blocks A and B as Block C contains the largest-sized duplex units, measuring 2,900 sq ft in total.

Connectivity is another major attraction for those genuinely seeking the proximity to Batu Ferringhi beach but there is more than that. While Ferringhi Residence 2 is a mere 900m to Batu Ferringhi beach – so near you can feel the sea breeze – the residences are even nearer to the Uplands International School: a mere 500m away.

This means that families with school-age children don’t have to worry about long or complicated commutes to school from home and vice-versa; an added plus for parents who want good education for their kids without worrying about their children having to travel far for it.

Six kilometres away to the east is the upscale residential enclave of Tanjung Bungah and further away, at 10km away, is the bustling centre that is Georgetown. The proximity of these two well-known areas of the island gives Ferringhi Residence 2 the lustre and shine of being in a superb area designated as a desirable area to both property-seekers and home-owners.

The ultra-contemporary style of Ferringhi Residence 2 forms a textured tableau against the lush forested backdrop of the area, providing both soothing, minimalistic and elegant form while attending to the need for innovative and thoughtful architecture and design.

This could be your next holiday home or your next permanent home if you know that Penang island is your chosen destination, given its enduring appeal to those who want to be close to the hubbub of the mainland but with the calm of being surrounded by sea and that slight detachment from the grind of urban life.

The Cubist-inspired architecture of Ferringhi Residence 2 is perfect for lovers of minimalism, with added punctuation design marks in the form of louvered terraces, decks and balconies, all contributing to the undeniable feel of a holiday home high in the sky.

It is an enviable and delicious combination: look up and it is open, unobstructed sky and when you look out, there is the turquoise sea-green gem that meets the Andaman.

How could anyone resist contemplating moving to a space and address that combines both the holiday vibe as well as the solidity of home?

Living at Ferringhi Residence 2 gives you stunning sea views to the North as Blocks A and B are designed to be both North- and South-facing, while spectacular hill views from Block B give you the added pleasure of gazing at lush green spaces, a balm for frazzled souls who enjoy the peace and serenity of natural, open spaces.

See the best that Mother Nature has provided which Mah Sing has recognised; respectfully building modern spaces for modern families within a prized, prime area, giving the home-seeker an alternative to crowded city life – at Ferringhi Residence 2, the sun, sea and hills are your neighbours and your senses will delight in it all and thank you for making that best choice.
